We can accept rent payments in three ways - online using Cozy, through the mail, and in person at our Ellsworth office. If you have any questions about making your payments, please contact us and we'll be glad to assist you.

Paying Your Rent Online

We offer online payments through Cozy. You can pay with a checking account for free, or with a debit or credit card for a small fee. If you are interested in paying your rent online, contact us and we will send you the information you need to get started.

Paying Your Rent Through The Mail

To pay your rent through the mail, please send your payment (personal check, bank check or money order) to the following address:

Paying Your Rent In Person

To pay your rent in person, please bring your payment (personal check, bank check or money order) to our offices at 6 Acadia Way in Ellsworth, Maine.

Our offices are open Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm and we have a drop-box (located on the porch) for 24-hour service.
